For a totally different experience why not cross the boarder and see the falls from the American side? You can combine viewing the falls with a little shopping and experience dining on “the other side”.You may not realize this, but the Niagara Falls area is also known for producing some fine wines. For a day away from the crowds and water, why not experience a few sips of the area-produced wines. You can engulf on your own adventure by vehicle, or sign up for one of the local wine tours. This wine country tour takes you to Niagara-on the Lake, only twenty minutes out of Niagara Falls.
